PHOTOGRAPHY signed "François Joseph"; 20 x 10.5 cm at sight (signature a little pale), under bevelled glass (two chips at the corners) in an important decorated frame (32 x 18.5 cm), with its black morocco case (35 x 22 cm). Large photograph of the Emperor standing in uniform, wearing his decorations. Large gilded bronze frame with a pearl frieze and enamel decoration; it bears in the two upper corners the cut-out silver figure FJ, enamelled red, and in the two lower corners two oval silver medallions engraved with the coat of arms of the Austrian Empire enriched with red and white enamel. The whole is surmounted by an imposing imperial crown in chased silver, enriched with enamel (small chips in the enamel, accidents in the glass). Metallic easel on the back. In its black morocco shaped case, closed by two gilt bronze fasteners, with lid and bottom trimmed with ivory silk, with a gold mark of the Viennese goldsmith Josef KLINKOSCK.
