Correspondence to Pierre Louÿs comprising 23 letters (one of them includes some ink sketches) or signed autograph cards, as well as 6 business cards forming a letter, 3 telegrams, 1 autograph card and 2 fragments of autograph letters. Claude Farrère considered Pierre Louÿs as his master and friend. It was the latter who had encouraged him to publish Les Civilisés for which Farrère was awarded the Goncourt prize. In this correspondence, Farrère talks to his elder brother about literature and international politics and tells him about the exploits of his intimate life. Stains, traces of folding.
