Manet" at the bottom of a reproduction of his painting Le Bon Bock; 3 lines in black pencil under a photograph (18,3 x 16 cm) mounted on grey cardboard of 34 x 18,4 cm (accidents repaired in the cardboard, affecting neither the text nor the picture). Dedication of the famous painting Le Bon Bock to his student Eva Gonzalès. "to Miss Eva Gonzalès affectionate homage Ed. Manet". [Manet painted Le Bon Bock in 1873; the painting was a great success at the 1873 Salon. Impressionist painter and Manet's only pupil, Éva GONZALÈS (1849- 1883) often served as his model; she had her first success at the 1870 Salon, where Manet exhibited a magnificent portrait of her (London, National Gallery)]
