Madrigal, January 5, 1656, calligraphy poem (the signature is apocryphal) the day after Mathieu Molé's death, to greet the return of the Seals to Pierre SÉGUIER, auguring a return of fortune for himself and the Arts: " But you make so much the merit to slave That whoever will want on the sacred Parnassus honors and goods has only to wish you some " Anecdote (in his cursive handwriting) about a woman who, tired of her husband, kills him, puts him in a sack which she throws into the sea, and confesses to a cordelier, who, when tortured, confesses in turn and "is condemned to be hanged" Provenance : Benjamin FILLON collection (n° 951).
