RENARD Jules (1864-1910). OEuvres complètes (Paris, F. Bernouard, 1925-1927; 17 vol. in-8, black half-maroquin, spines mosaiced with lavaliere and green morocco forming the name of the author, gilt head, cover and spine preserved (Paul Bonet; spines of the bindings a bit rubbed). First collective edition and first edition of the Correspondance (2 volumes) and of the Journal (5 volumes). Unnumbered copy (except for volume IV which bears the number 1.097) on laid paper. The 5 volumes which compose the Journal are annotated in pencil by Paul SOUDAY. The first volume of the unpublished Journal has been stuffed with autograph notes by Paul SOUDAY and 3 letters addressed to the critic, one of them by François BERNOUARD sending him this volume (Oct. 10, 1925, the back covered with notes by Souday).
